About

Roll back the years and join us for a friendly classic car and bike show. See fabulous elderly vehicles including our 1907 Holsman, three Austin 7s and  a 1962 Burwell & Distric coach. Plus visiting vehicles including : 1965 Ford Mustang, 1987 Citroen 2CV, 1930s Citroen Traction.

More vehicles being confirmed weekly. The ones listed are just a few of those that have been confirmed so far. There will be around 46 cars plus around 12 bikes.

Enjoy refreshments from our tearoom.

Locally brewed real ales fromBurwell Brewery, plus other alcoholic drinks available from our licensed bar. 

Dogsare welcome on a lead. No dogs allowed inside our tea room or windmill, except for assistance dogs. Water is available from the outside tap on our toilet block, but please bring your own bowl. (This water is from the mains so it’s suitable for thirsty humans too!)

Car ParkingAs the museum is in the middle of a residential area, we ask able-bodied visitors to avoid parking in Mill Close and causing difficulties for our lovely neighbours!

  • Gardiner Memorial Hall car park, just off the High Street near the 5 Bells pub. It will be signed as “Burwell Museum Open – Car Park” during opening hours. Short walk from rear left corner of the car park to the museum. What3Wordslocation of carpark entrance///intestine.dictation.goat
  • Additional parking for this event at Burwell Surgery, Newmarket Road (What3Words///filer.viewer.spiking). Pedestrian route to and from the surgery carpark will be via Newmarket Road>High Street>Mill Lane.  
  • Disabled parking only in Mill Close.
