Took far to long to get into the venue that we missed the first act.

Absolutely fuming!
I bought tickets few months ahead of that event to surprise my partner.
Booked hotel in Cambridge, organised baby sitter, dog walker. After queuing 30mins in ridiculous long line in the rain been told that need to have Covid app to entry to venue, so I forgot my phone from home and my partner has her work phone only. No information anywhere that we needed that with us to entry, bloody fuming what a discrimination, will definitely make official complaint!!
So much time and money wasted for nothing and security was so rude to was treated us as some kind of criminals!!!!

Place was incredible. Music was absolutely insane. Glad there were some seats too as some other places don’t even have them. Price for the tickets wasn’t steep. Overall very good experience.
