Review of Ibiza Anthems Garden Party 2022

Great music and DJ performances.  But not enough food outlets and the toilets were just awful

Que for 2 and half hours for a drink, que for the only food consession. Tokens only accepted and we had to que for those. No toilet roll in toilets. Advert stated that their would be multiple food outlets that Cash and card would be accepted and toilets would be serviced. Non of this was forthcoming rip off

Long queues all night.  Late opening the doors.  Understaffed everywhere.  What was the point of the tokens?  These are not environmentally friendly and a complete waste of time - why not make it cashless and use card payments?  Drinks were very overpriced - £2.50 for a can of c**e? These are £7 for 24 in Tesco!!  The food truck hardly catered for all dietary requirements - very little choice and very expensive.  There was a gas leak when we ordered so we had to have an overpriced and tasteless pizza.  This all totally changed the atmosphere of the evening - lots of people left, everybody was moaning and the Queen band didn't get the crowd following they deserved.  The music was amazing, however.  Pat Sharp did a great job and changed a frustrated atmosphere to one of fun ready for the Abba band.  We would hesitate to book such an event again, which is a real shame as this is on our doorstep.

Didn’t get there til 1600, same old story to long queues for bars, not enough food outlets , but really enjoyed the music, great DJs, my fav is Dave Pearce, hope your back next year! To do all this again 

Great greeting at front door.  The music was good. Felt sorry for the Queen Tribute band as most of us were in the queue for either tokens, then drinks, then food.  No one was joining in at that point.  Not enough bar staff.  £5 per drink paid for by tokens.  No white wine.  Abba tribute on later than expected so taxi arrived half way through. 

There was only one food stall, with limited choices and the price was extortionate. £12.50 for a burger and small chips is a rip off.  The bars were in no way staffed enough.  The queues were so long, one in fact went back into one of the tents.  The bars even started to run out of drinks from 7pm.  We were unable to get water and they tried to charge us £2.50 for a small cup!!

There was no interaction between the dj's and the crowd.  No sure why but it made it feel like someone had plugged in an ipod.

Top dj's, top music, cant fault that in any way.  The set up let it down so very much.  It was the first time coming for my friends and I and we all said we wouldn't come back next year which is such a shame.

More staff needed, more food places which aren't extortionate on price and also catered in some way for dietary requirements.  In this day and age its a given that this is needed.  Interaction from the dj's with the crowd, this was missing so much it made the whole day feel so flat.

Such a shame.

Very bad organisation, waiting over an hour to get drinks each time and having to line up and get tokens was just as long a wait. Great music, couldn't fault the band's but couldn't enjoy as was having to que for so long.  I left after the first act as I was fed up of quing 

This was probably the worst event I have ever attended. From the badly organised queues to the frustrating token system to the under-trained staff selling warm beer it was awful. There weren’t enough  bar staff, there was no ice and drinks ran out, notably white wine by 9pm.  Queueing was required to get in, get tokens, get a drink and food. There was only one food truck when the ticket said there would be several . Tokens were needed for food and drink - I have never felt treated as badly at an event. Everyone was frustrated which ruined the atmosphere - an event that was supposed to be fun became an endurance event. Pat Sharp was awful and a waste of time and the Fabba girls were so late coming on that we had to leave after 3 songs. The organisers should be ashamed and not be granted a licence in the future.


Ibiza garden party review.  Music and dj sets were top draw spent most of the day at the main stage and had no complaints. There were a few issues but overall with tweeking this could have been a top event.
No bins so everything went on the floor and someone had to clear it up.
More bar staff needed,  although knowing what festivals can be like we got our drinks in early,  later there were long vues. Only one food stall! So should have really let people bring their own food in or had more stalls. Toilets - well they are always a bit dodgy at festivals but I must say there was never a que! As for the how clean they were I would say normal for festivals! 
Overall I had a great time dancing to all my favourite DJs from back in the day and would definitely go again next year.  


We saw many poor Facebook reviews from the Friday night before however, attending the next day I can say it was spot on old skool buzz.....the Saturday planned event was awesome and exactly how our group of friends wanted it.....Message to event organisers: please do no change anything you all done for us party loving animals; the session was excellent and spot on....many thanks to all the DJ's that were listed as the event just got better and better throughout the day and night......all of us were gutted 11pm came around so quickly....Thank you and please organise another soon as. xx   ;)
