This venue does get very crowded. I couldn't believe just how crammed the room was! Sound was great as was the atmosphere . Good crowd . considerate and friendly. Just be aware of how packed the room can get.

Great band and the lead singer was really living the part. The venue is small and we found it overcrowded with no room to dance.

Fantastic lead singer charismatic and all the band talented best queen tribute I’ve seen

Queenergy are by their own admission not a look-a-like band at all. The lead singer does give energy and his best but will never match Freddie or George Michael and Adam Lambert covers . The Portland is a small venue with nowhere to put your drinks in plastic cups down, so hard to join in. The second half, as tradition goes was the better half and that’s when they had a few unchallenged stand-out gate crashers with drink in glasses and no wristbands.
