Review of Telling Tales Spoken Word
An absorbing and transporting tale told by a down-to-earth and humorous storyteller. We were mesmerised . A really enjoyable evening. The venue that's been chosen is also fabulous: the theatre space is small and felt cosy with seating on three sides and the bar and restaurant is such a beautiful, quirky and fun physical environment, revelling in its past (as a cinema) and present with references to Cambridge and to film, even the toilets were a treat for the eyes and imagination. We were a small crowd - these Cambridge Storyteller events deserve more attention!

Review of Grubby Little Mitts: Hello Hi!
Show was amazing and so funny, would recommend Grubby Little Mitts to anyone. £15 was good value for money for what we saw. My only criticism is the venue (Town and Gown) played their music too loud in the bar so we could hear it throughout the performance.

Review of Telling Tales Spoken Word
This was a great storytelling session. I had little knowledge of Japanese folk tales, and they are a rich, funny and dark resource. The teller was spellbinding, with some imaginative audience participation. The performance space itself is great - intimate and easy to hear. A relaxing and fun evening in quirky but pleasant surroundings.
