Bouncers wouldn't let me in and thought they were police stole my snouts and some money as "confiscating"you can confiscate som**hing when I can't come in f**k club chem it's for t***ps and the bouncers sleep with eachother

My daughter couldnt go in as her friends did not have passports for id, you can clearly see they are children under 18 they had their school bus passes but were not allowed entry and left outside which is disgusting..Not all children have passorts and i feel pictures of passports should be acceptable as who honestly wants their child carrying their passport around.

didn't get in? for what? i'm sorry i've never had a passport, im under 18, so wouldn't have other id, i bought my birth certificate, my school sims picture, not sure what else you want from me, so not being funny, i wasted my money, and want a refund.

Sadly, my daughter and her 2 friends were refused entry as they did not carry their passports to show on entry, along with many others!
There should have been clear instructions on what was required at the point of purchase.
Very disappointed and 3 very upset girls

Travelled all the way down from Gravesend tonight only to be told that I was not allowed in as had no id. I am 15, I have no passport and when my mum booked the tickets rhere was no mention of id. The security on the door would not even key me in to use the toilet before I had to travel 1.30 hours home again.. never ever again, you are a a rip off !
