10/10 we had a blast!

Didn't even get to see Tiësto. As we went before he was on. The venue was terrible. 50 mins the cue for the toilet. And the cue for the drinks wasn't that far behind. The djs where good until the one before Tiësto. He was absolute dog s**t. Playing music you could get at your local pub on a Friday night. Overall I wouldn't bother again. Probably the worst event I've been too.

I paid extra for the vip so I didn't have to queue. Yet it was the same queue and I had to wait in the rain for 30 minutes. When it eventually split off there was 1 vip lane compared to 20 normal lanes. The normal lanes moved faster than the vip.

The vip area was oversold and had 1 bar. It was faster getting a drink outside.

This wasn't run well and you clearly oversold the event.

Paid for VIP which was supposed to provide food and a covered area. Neither was included in the space.
Bathrooms often blocked, or taps with no running water. Atmosphere was good, drinks were tasty but overpriced (expected in an event like this). Music was good. Had a good time overall

The event itself was great overall,but the pathway coming into the venue was a nightmare;there was no control of crowds of people pushing past,the security on the pathway didn't care in my view,The amount of arguments and almost fighting was quite scary for my wife who was quite nervous,barries should have been used

Tiesto was everything I thought he'd be and more. The venue was the worst place I have attended. Safety stewards were unhelpful, unprofessional and lacked support. The venders were poorly staffed. Queues were poorly monitored. Toilets were dangerous. Lacked organisation only one way in and one way out. More than once there were dangerous blockages of people where crushing occurred. There needed to be an entrace and exit that should have been staffed to encourage promote safety. None of which happened. I will never recommend any to attend this venue and will complain to Cardiff council about the lack of safety.
