The view of the stage is extremely poor from most angles, there should have been screens provided. Food/Drinks prices were absolutley discusting £6.50 for a 330ml cider?????? Placement of the venue is a great idea but not allowing entrance from penarth side of the barrage means it took us 2 hours to get to our home which is 20 minutes from the venue. Had you allowed entrance from both sides it wouldn't have been such chaos trying to leave because half the audience would be going in the opposite direction.

Staff were very friendly. Security staff very visible and were tackling people behaving inappropriately. Entrance was poor, signing for VIP was non existent meaning we queued for a long time before we were aware of a separate entrance. Food vendors were very overpriced. Overall a great experience but some improvements to entry and exit needed.

The entrance to the actual venue was too small and narrow for entry. It was very cramped and felt unsafe at times

I’ve been going to see McFly for the last 20 years and they never disappoint! The venue was good, but I do think the VIP area could be better. Whenever I’ve had VIP before, you get to front of the stage, not a side view, and it was absolutely packed in there

Great night thoroughly enjoyed - amazing music/atmosphere and always a bonus when you don’t queue for long periods of time I.e the bar (ratio of the bar was great not something you see a lot) one criticism I would make signs bigger as people were crammed by the front entrance as they didn’t realise the venue went as far back as it did.

There were no screens it was difficult to see the acts and also it was very crowded/compact

I have been wanting so see The Streets for such a long time and grabbed tickets back in February this year. Everything with Skiddle was easy from booking to entry - no need to 'dry my eyes'

Tickets purchased did not reflect that gig closed gate at 7.30pm despite chemical brothers not playing till 20.25hrs

Arrived at gig at 20.00hrs and was declined entrance . Myself and husband gutted

Main act were amazing, but not enough facilities for a whole day event: poor quality food; no where near enough toilets; piles of rubbish as the bins were woefully insufficient; difficult to see/hear warm up acts.
