the event was good, bit shocked about what benefits the VIP section had, sound needed to be checked more as it was a dnb event and I could hear peoples conversations in the crowds. big red flag. brilliant hosting a dnb event on a friday, rather a friday than a saturday.

Nice venue but hard work standing on tarmac surface for hrs as we couldn’t take chairs or rugs in. Prices for food and beer always ridiculously high but the same everywhere. But a really nice venue in Cardiff bay.

Had such a great night, we didn't see any support acts so can't comment on them but Nile Rodgers and chic were fabulous. Great venue, really well organised but some idea of act times in advance would have been very helpful.

2nd time we've seen Nile Rodgers & Chic and thoroughly enjoyed again. The venue was set up well and it was clear where to go - staff were friendly/helpful too. Disappointed with the choice if drinks and the prices were set far too high (even higher than usual at this kind of event). Other than that, extremely enjoyed.

Paid for VIP and was a rip off.
VIP normally in cicle in front of stage but @ Alexandra Head it was a platform the furthest away from the stage it could be, it would have been just as good with the normal price tickets, we and many others felt like Very Important Plonkers.
The covid pass checks were a joke , QR codes not scanned anybodys pass would have done?
I would like a refund of the VIP cost difference - Please contact me via my email to discuss.
