We arrived later on and there was no problem with queueing outside as for previous nights. Security wasn't great, there were no pat downs and some of my group got food and drink in, which makes you wonder what else got through. The queue for the bar wasn't too bad either, BUT that could have been because of the toilet situation. This event is obviously run by men because there were plenty of urinals and all the men in our group had no issues. However, queueing for the porta loos was taking 1-2 hours. There were far too few toilets for the number of people at the event. I have been attending festivals for over twenty five years, but this was the worst toilet situation I have ever encountered -that is really saying something. Lots of women (including myself) had to resort to public peeing. This was totally degrading. I decided at that point not drink for the rest of the event (even water) because I was not prepared to go through the shame again. I'm so glad it wasn't a warm day because there could have been real issues.
