The prices for drinks were extortionate. £6.50 for a can of budweiser is a complete rip off!! £3.50 for a small bottle of water??

Not enough toilets, the rides had music which stopped you from hearing the concert you're actually there for, the cans were extortionate and the soft drinks was worse!

What an amazing day the festival was brilliant from Start to finish !! Line up was amazing and the layout, food stalls etc was awesome !!
Thanks for the free NHS tickets what a lovely gesture for everyone that was lucky enough to get a ticket.
Was just what was needed after the last few crazy years.

Thought your selection of acts appearing was great but however on the day your headliner Peter Andre was a serious let down after previously seen him perform in Cardiff, actually thought Gareth Gates would be been the better act as a headliner but at the end of the day it all comes down to what happens on the day!

Was a great day out but could do with more toilets as you spend way to much time queuing and missing the acts.

Only thing to add is that there was not enough toilets! Men and women were having to go in other places due to the queue volumes

It was one of the most disorganised and shambles of a festival I have been to. There was no signs showing you where the concert was.
The queueing to get in was painfully slow, completely agree you need security checks but it was way overboard. Ladies being told no perfume inside do having to leave £90 bottles of perfume behind. Disgusting.
The main stage was way to near the garage nation tent and the rides. It mixed up all of the music so you couldn’t just hear one. You really couldn’t hear the acts unless you was right in the crowd by the stage.
The toilet situation was ridiculous, there was no one replenishing the toilet roll, no one sorting out the queue, people pushing in front etc
I found two 18 year olds being sick on themselves and unable to walk, advised the stewards and the police but they did nothing.
