Whilst we enjoyed the event, the queues for food and drink were sadly unacceptable.

We queued for over 1 hour to get a drink - not great :(

The Bar was horrendous, ques which were endless and that took over an hour to get served!!! I would not attend this event again because of this.

I thought the event as a whole was incredible and provided something for everyone and really lived up to the family friendly vibe it was aiming at. My one criticism would be that the bar wasn’t equipped for the number of people attending. I queued for an hour and twenty minutes and missed half of Tom Odell ‘s set because of it. I think if another bar was opened it would be perfect

Great music, delightful venue with amazing scenery to watch the sun go down. Hour long queues at the bar and 45 minute queues to purchase food was a big thumbs down especially when you have young children in tow. It would be better if you could take good and drinks in for the children.

A spectacular time. Great atmosphere, organised queues and a variety of food and drink. Plenty of space and amazing music.

Huge queues - 60+ min wait at the bar area. Could have been better managed - more staff or less admissions

The queue for the bar was not acceptable- you should not have to wait over 1 hour to be served which results in missing some of the live music

No I would not recommend a friend to the Depot in the Castle in Cardiff, nor would I and my wife go again.
Reasons:
(A) You are not allowed to bring your own food and drink
(B) Two and a half hours queue to try and get a beer at an extortionate price and one and a half hours
queue to get any food at an extortionate price
(C) All toilets at the back of the grounds meaning an hour to go to the toilet and back to our place
which was to the side of the stage
(D) Main act Clean Bandit one hour show, very good show but an hour for a headline act many people
came from afar we came from Weymouth total outlay for a three day weekend close on £1000,
Rail fares, hotel expenses, concert tickets etc for myself and my wife.

great atmosphere, music amazing, ok selection of food but the bar was a rip off and the queues far too long!!!! the toilets were plentiful but very quickly ran out of toilet roll with no replacement. This is not hygienic especially with kids!!!
