awesome event in an amazing location , my wheelchair didn't love the cobbled path so much but I was expecting that. their disabled porta loo wasn't great, my electric wheelchair didn't fit in it but luckily I use a catheter so don't need to get undressed to use it. other than that I had a great time, Tom Odell was amazing, better than the headliner clean bandit.

Great setting and a nice family friendly event where even the wee ones could view the stage.

The event was nothing but a shambles!! If you double your sale of tickets, you have to be prepared to deal with that amount of people and you was not! Queues for food and drinks were over an hour long and then the food vendors ran out of food- after looking forward to the food vendors all day, we ended up going to Burger King!! I have made sure that I have made my friends aware of this who were going to attend next year! I paid nearly £80 for nothing

The only criticism is that the queue for drinks took over an hour. In the boiling heat this wasn’t really acceptable. More bar staff and water stations would have made it a super day.

Suggest increasing amount of bar space / toilets / food outlets - queues took forever

Absolutely Shocking ques to the Bar and the worst thing about that statement is I only wanted soft drinks! None of the food vendors were allowed to sell soft drinks so you had to go and Que for the bar minutes minimum. There was no way of upgrading to VIP at all, really poor experience. I've been to countless gigs and festivals over the years and this by far was the worst I've been too. Apart from that Nile Rogers was fantastic

Felt like far to many people there, people absolutely blotto at 4 in the afternoon, I would not consider it a family friendly festival as advertised and the litter at the end was disgusting

So good to be in the centre of town, great vibe.
Plenty of loos, bar queues were a bit slow, prices were a little steep. I wish the reusable cup policy was enforced a little more strongly.
But great atmosphere, great day!

The food and drink were very expensive. The food portions were too small for the amount paid. The queues were too long especially for the bar,. There should have been more bars on site and a few more food outlets. I missed a lot of the music since I was too busy queuing. Although there was hand sanitizer in the loos, a facility for proper hand washing should be available.

Great location, lovely atmosphere, especially for young families. Felt safe and friendly for little ones. Good choices for food, however the queues were extremely lengthy which was challenging with little kids. Also the bar queue became very busy for a few hours from the afternoon into the evening which meant an almost hour wait to get a drink.
As a mother of a 4 year old, I think it would have been really helpful having a toilet queue allocated to little ones.
Overall a fantastic family day and I will be planning to get tickets again next year.

The Q’s for food and drinks were ridiculous. I went the year before and there were no problems. They obviously increased the site size and capacity but didn’t balance this with enough stalls. To q for an hour at a time is not acceptable. And to watch the acts in the q isn’t acceptable either. I would not go again unless there were assurances from the organisers.
