Very pricey in effect for a concert with huge bar queues and a poor choice of drinks. Not able to take wine in yet your selection behind the bar was simply awful. Plus the queue was well over an hour. Never again unless you can change that.
The castle setting and music was great but your policy on no food and drinks to be bought in coupled with inadequate bar facilities is pretty poor. Disappointing.

brilliant day/ night out prices where abit expensive especially when there where families there. atmosphere and all round event was brilliant only complaint was the price of food and drinks

Amazing vibe, really well organised.
Could do with may be an additional bar but lived the recycle cup scheme!

Drinks only available at the bar, even soft drinks and queues were an hour long. Really disappointing as this wasn’t the case last year, very frustrating! Not sure if I’ll be going next year as this almost ruined it for me.

Had an amazing day. The music was fabulous as there was a great line up. The weather was beautiful and I will definitely be returning next year! A huge variety of food and drink too all within an amazing venue. We enjoyed the DJ too!

Great location , just a weird atmosphere throughout the day ! The line up did not compliment each other , AND The queue for the bar was ridiculous along side waiting an hour for pizza ! Need more food venues and I’d say another bar !

Queues everywhere. Not well managed. Not enough food on site. Bar prices way to expensive and not enough choice. Queue for the bar, queue for food, queue for the toilet.

Far to many people for the facilities you had provided. Very bad management of the festival, look at the complaints on you Facebook page that you haven't been bothered to respond too.

The day itself was great, the line up wasn't bad and the food offerings were plenty.
My only gripes are with the ticket price, toilets and bar.
Ticket price: I think £47.50pp (including booking fee) is rather excessive considering this is a small scale event in Cardiff.
Toilets: The queues were never long which was a pleasant surprise, however even by 4pm there was no toilet roll! There didn't appear to be any staff looking after this area and replenishing at any point during the day.
Bar: Where do I start... the prices were high but I was forewarned about this so it wasn't a surprise. The menu signage wasn't great, could barely see what was being served until you're at the counter which slowed down service (also as someone who works in Hosp&Catering, there were no ABV's listed... not good!). They ran out of Pimm's mid afternoon. The queue - ridiculous. We missed all of Tom Odell's set as we were waiting to be served for well over an hour, unacceptable! It became apparent that instead of returning the £1 reusable plastic cups to be washed and being handed a pre-poured pint, they were pouring to order, using your returned cup. Why on Earth would you do this?! I really do hope this changes, I appreciate we need to do our bit for the environment however I don't think this style of service works at a busy festival.
Decent day however dig deep in those pockets and be prepared to stand in a queue for most of it.

Concert brill venue brill very annoying marshals or bad management at the end closing off all access to toilet block and ferrying everyone towards main excit causing almost a riot badly organised

Wasn’t great that many of the food vendors ran out of food before tea time, after the point you were allowed to leave. Queued for 40 minutes before I got turned away! Also there weren’t enough glitter stands... very high demand. However, overall I had a great day... would go again.
