Not worth paying for VIP tickets because the VIP bar was badly managed with only 4 staff which resulted in extremely slow service. The only benefit to being VIP was shorter queues for the loos. The VIP area wasn' t the best place to watch the concert so we spent virtually no time there.
A deposit was charged for cups but as this was not redeemable they were simply thrown away defeating the objective of less waste. If the deposit is redeemable someone can be guaranteed to gather them up even if the purchaser cannot be bothered.
On the plus side it is a beautiful venue with brilliant music.

Waited in a queue at the bar for 1 hour 10 minutes!
Tried the Gin bar for the next drink 1 hour 4 minutes. 4 gin & tonics £36!!!
Didn’t have anything else to drink even though it was hot. Missed loads of Tom Odell because there was only one general bar & the Castle was packed!!! It’s such a shame because the music, atmosphere & venue was brilliant. Crazy amount of time spent queuing- It spoilt our day ☹☹☹☹

Another great day organised by Depot. One downside was the event was a lot larger than the previous year with the same size bar - queues taking over an hour at one point which led to missing out on atmosphere with the people you attended with

As a guy who runs a successful bar in Swansea, I was dissapointed to have paid extra for VIP to get very poor service from the bar aspect of VIP. there was zero organisation and the staff had clearly not been equipt to deal with the amount of people waiting for drinks. I spotted nothing with issue other than lack of organisation. 4 Bar tenders serving on one side because it was busy leaving the other side to grow in numbers and infurity.

They just needed to pull themselves together and work as a team! 1hr and 10-15 minutes to be served. If service was better I woukd have felt better for reviewing higher for general pricing.

Final point was again paying extra for VIP.. Why did the VIP bar close early and the main bar stay open? All this aside the enclosure was great!

Beer queue way too long and bit too many really drunk people around kids.

Massive queues for everything : drinks , food , toilets .
A lot of drunk half naked teenagers .
No space to enjoy the festival and the weather - all the areas felt crowded .

Perfect sunny chillout gradually lifting to a night time party.
Only improvements could be Bar capacity (simply improved by changing the way the bars operate ; keep pouring and stacking drinks, it's quicker than pouring on demand) and keeping to the published timeline (CircaWaves started, Clean Bandit finished early finished)

The queues for the food , toilet & bars were ridiculous. Took us 1hr to get a drink . Really need to look at this for the next event especially as you do not allow personal food and drink to be brought in. But the music and atmosphere were excellent

It was a family event predominantly and I took my children too, however not being allowed to rake in anything is acceptable, however I felt the queues for beer and spirt c**ktails were woefully unacceptable and fell far short if providing a service to those attending .

Good day had by all! Would recommend for others to go. I think it’s nice that children can go but personally wouldn’t take mine seen as there were so many young people drunk 🥴 but overall a fab day

I thought it was a good venue. the drink station was a good idea but the cups could of been bigger. plenty to eat. goos stage overall very good.

The toilets run out of paper and were not being refilled also the food stalls run out of food we question for half an hour only too be told as we got closer that they were closing other than that location weather and atmosphere was great
