About

catCrow is Nicky Sparkles & Gareth Ziggy Thomas, two friends with over 20 years experience making music together. This project is a celebration of the pub jukebox; pop bangers and alternative rock classics with the pair each choosing covers and arranging them for stripped down vocal harmonies and acoustic guitar with a pedalboard twist. The aim; to be open mic disruptors with curveball songs, costume and on stage antics.

For a very special show at Cardiff M.A.D.E catCrow will be joined by Luke Elford (a walking talking troubadour with songs and stories from the heart); Jess Green (formerly of Freshold, blending soulful vocals and heartfelt lyrics) and the one and only James  Watt, rounding out the sound with folk fingerstyle guitar and further harmonies. Join us at this unique songwriters circle style performance for Independent Venue Week where tales will be told, guilty pleasures shared and new favourite memories made.
