The venue stunk of actual s**t. The bouncers and managers of the venue were racist as Fxck. The place should be shut down, desperately needs an environmental health visit. Had to wipe my feet on the way out. Oh. And the head doorman is a prick.

I was very much looking forward to the gig but was awaiting information from the venue regarding Covid procedures. I received no email about whether I needed proof of vaccination or whether people would be wearing masks. My friends and I consulted each other and agreed none of us felt comfortable being in a crowd with no regulations in place as we all have vulnerable family members so we decided not to attend. This isn't necessarily a criticism of the venue but I needed to feel reassured of my safety.

Went for my 21st. Lovely experience. People inclusive and respectable. Felt accepted. Felt able to have a good time without being harassed by people. Highly recommend. Prices of drinks quite high in comparison do other places. Single sprites came to around £5 each. Mixture and diverse group of people. Went for emo night 2000s.
