First time visit & good set up, staff were friendly, set & lights were amazing, great to see a cloakroom!
Only downside, bars too small or add another one or more staff, not enough room in ladies to wash hands due to everyone trying to do make up! Could be bigger?
Loved that I can walk home!
Def be back!

Really unhappy, first of all we had to be in by 6 oclock which I think is ridiculous. After paying for a tick*t (which was not an early entry tick*t) I think we should have been able to enter whenever we wanted to. The queue for a drink was so long we were unable to get one. We left after an hour.

Queue for drinks was awful, just a massive pile on of angry people. To exit from the bar you have to pass through people very badly set up. Gotten rid of all portable toilets! Very bad idea! Lies about stage times. Left after a hour of arriving!

Very long, too longer queues for the bar and toilets.
Sonny came on too late and our last train back was at 2250 so we had to leave early and miss most of him . It would have been better if he came on sooner and less queuing time for the bar and toilets.
