How do I get my wristband?
Meet a member of our staff to have your ticket scanned and collect your wristband before entering any venue. Please do not queue or enter without your wristband.

We are located at Heidi’s, 4-6 Mill Ln, Cardiff CF10 1FL, between 9:30 PM and 11:30 PM.
