Review of Wine Club #1 All things Spanish
Very overpriced for what it was, poor organisation and clearly overbooked with no regard for the table situation. Staff were friendly and tried their best but the logistics were poor overall, which tainted the experience. The wine and food were okay but certainly not at the level they should have been for the price paid.

Review of New Years Eve @ Jacobs - A Jazzy Affair with The Siglo Section
Ticket was really overpriced! It advertised a glass of fizz at midnight, but all bar staff took a break at this time so we didn't have a drink for the countdown. It advertised the siglo section would be playing, which is an 18 piece band- we were expecting funky, lively covers to sing along to and dance! Instead, it was the jazz quartet- and they were fantastic- but not what was advertised, and not what we were hoping for. The atmosphere was almost awkward, it was totally scarce for the first 2 hours, and never even reached half- capacity. There was a faint display of fireworks in the distance you could see in Penarth- but I'd argue that it's not fair to boast that attendees will be able to observe a number of fire works displays. We had fun, but we will not be rushing back next year.

Review of Wine Club #2 Sparkles and Disco
The timing for the event was weird. Really early doors but not enough food for a meal. Prob should have been a bit later on and we were expecting more effort for a “disco”. Fortunately we were a big ish group and had fun together irrespective. Nice idea but really needs the weather up there, it was cold and windy. One (female) member of staff is really friendly. The others come across as quite aloof.

Review of An Evening of Jazz?? Live music with Siglo 6
Unfortunately purchased this ticket thinking it was for the evening of jazz which is what the event title said and was told I would have to leave by 6pm. Instead I thought it meant entry had to be by 6pm hence the cheaper ticket. Me and my friend were disappointed! I think it could be made more clear on the ticket stating you have to leave by 6pm and that it is not for the jazz night. It should be advertised as a completely not related to the event!!!
