Peppermint bar in Cardiff is a nice bar for a meal & drink downstairs. However it's not the best of venues to socialize upstairs. It is very small upstairs with not enough room to be carefully spaced out for the speedating event. When upstairs in the event you can very easily here the person on the table near you.
Another annoying thing is to get to the gentleman's toilet from the ground floor you have to go up 2 flights of stairs.
I suggest that slowdating get all people who are going to an event to clarify they will be arriving on the night by sending a text at least 5 hours before the event takes place. This will help the host alot. Think about it. I would have no issue in sending a text on a day of a event I was going to go to to slowdating to let them know if I was or was not going to arrive.

It was sometimes hard to hear the other person but it was a good time regardless.
