We have been providing Mindfulness courses to individuals and organisations for more than ten years and helped thousands of people to improve their wellbeing through mindfulness. From helping to manage conditions such as stress, anxiety or depression to enabling people to experience greater calmness and peace of mind, mindfulness can help. We offer a full range of courses including introductory sessions, one-to-ones, half-day events and 8 week courses. For organisations, we deliver courses in the workplace or at our Cardiff Mindfulness centre. We have worked with many organisations from Google through to small, medium and large local businesses.
