An absolute disgrace, we arrived at 10:30 pm and the venue was set to start at 11:00, we waited and waited with expectation until at 1:45 we left Tramshed thinking Laura wasn't going to turn up again just to find out she came out at 2am and played for 1h. No respect for people that travelled from far, paying for accommodation and taxis. Extremely disappointed!!!

We didn’t stay to see the headline, she wasn’t on until 2pm and the night was lacking in atmosphere! The music sounded like it was on a loop, although there were moments of interest. It was freezing in the building & the security checking wrist bands was really rude and not at all observant.

Can’t give any stars as we ended up staying in town and not going to the gig after learning it was on at 2-3am. We only found out that she was playing 3 venues in 1 day the day of the gig through Lovely Laura’s socials. Would have happily turned up at 1ish, but being told last entry was 11.30 for a poor venue put us off. Gutted as this would have been a great gig.

Bit disappointed she turned up at 2am and played for 1 hour. I arrived at 10.30 and thought she would be on 11.30-12

Poor all round. Should have been offered a refund when Laura cancelled like her other concert in Swansea.

Laura did not come because of covid.:( there was i think 4 DJ's. I think only one was playing some normal music unfortunately he was not playing a lot.one playing between 9pm-10pm.omg..no possible to dance.terrible music.some kind of retro or who knows where he took this music.never heard anything from that. Kim was fine.in vip zone could be some tables for drinks.as I paid 10 extra per person just to stay on balcony.nothing special.so i was traveling 4.5h from kent to cardiff to see and listen Lovely Laura.but she did not come. I was bit disappointed.

Absolutely awful! The artist was ill so rather than a refund or tickets for her rescheduled gig, they put an unknown on and told us there would be no refund or transfer of tickets to the rescheduled gig!!

Although Lovely Laura wasn’t there, the night was fantastic and the Tramshed as always a superb venue

Planned event was changed very last minute . We paid a lot of money to see Lovely Laura and artist was replaced, there has been no offer of a refund or Book onto when she plays at Tramshed next. We are not happy, I would like a refund or a new ticket for the new date she plays.
