Poorly organised event. Was queuing for over an hour and didn’t move very far, other people had been waiting two hours and also hadn’t made it in. Rather than a queue there was a huge cluster of people trying to get in- it was clearly over sold. It was so cold with no hope of getting into the event and we could hear the main act performing so me and my partner left as waiting for longer would’ve affected our health.

Absolute disgrace! Started queuing to get in the event at 11:30 as it opens at 11 and was still nowhere near the front at 1:30 so left to go home like hundreds of others that was stood outside in the freezing cold for no reason what so ever. I will be expecting a full refund from the event.

Queue was way too long and we missed half of the event because of it. Literally spent over 2 hours in the queue in the cold and rain. Got into the event at 1.15 and it finished at 3.

we didnt even make it in till 2:30 despite getting there at 12. so many people were pushing in and the security werent doing anything, which I can understand bc it's a freezing Saturday night but still. awful that we didnt get it till so late that we just decided to leave. I'd actually like a refund for me and I'm sure my friends will ask for the same

took ages to get into the event (an hour and a half) so missed the first couple of acts which was annoying as the tickets were so expensive!!!!!!! but overall a rlly good experience

Ridiculous queue, the worst events management Iâ??ve ever seen in Cardiff. Queued for 45 minutes, no organisation or health & safety considerations, after getting nowhere, despite paying, decided to leave. Will be issuing formal complaint and expecting refund after experiencing such ridiculous & unsafe conditions.

last entry was 1am, i got there for 12am, they made us queue for ages and the line wouldnâ??t move, it was freezing and raining. they didnâ??t let us in until 1:20 so we missed a lot of the set. No idea why they werenâ??t getting the queue moving but everybody was freezing and miserable, gutted i missed half the set
