I had tickets to the Friday event which was cancelled. Communication was terrible about the events cancellation and would not book to attend another event with the organisers after such amateurish organisation.

Great event with excellent music. The venue wasn’t too busy and the staff / security personnel were extremely friendly and helpful. Great night. Bar prices a little expensive and the refund on to my card for the return of the Stein didn’t go through :( Communication leading up to the event could have been improved (low numbers meant they put all the tickets together on one day) but overall a great night!

Change in times and not communicated, doors opened 30 minutes late. Venue half full, band wasn’t very engaging to get the crowd going.
Poor Oktoberfest in comparison with the year prior.

I was not informed by either Skiddle or the Oktoberfest organisers had cancelled the Friday event. Thankfully I called the venue at 5pm on Friday otherwise I’d have turned up like many others had. Please can I be refunded my purchase as I will take this further if either yourselves or Oktoberfest refuse.

The event was cancelled on the evening. The organisers advised that you would sort out refunds. It all feels like a bit of a con.

awful organisation didn't tell anyone of the change of times till 24 hours before and even then were not ready to open at 2pm as they were not set up finally got in around half 2
