Review of The Kerry Weir Country Band
The support singer was excellent. Sadly, I did not get his name. I had seen Kerry Weir recently, performing solo, and was more impressed by that performance. At the start of her performance there was a real problem with the sound. The engineer did, however, seem to get the issue sorted out after 3 or 4 numbers.

Review of Peter Cox
As BIG fans of Peter, and Go West, to find him only 50 miles away was a must go gig. Ably supported by a local band, The Reflex, this was a brilliant solo effort by Peter in a fantastic venue, it may have been the first visit but definitely not the last. A great mix of old, new, solo and band tracks from across the years, I managed to sing myself hoa**e in an hour and a half such was the atmosphere. And the great man, humble as ever, came out to meet and greet at the end of the gig without a thought for the inevitable fatigue he must have been feeling on the penultimate night of his tour. If the chance presents itself, please do yourself a favour and give him a try, good quality blues and soul are hard to come by but this guy delivers in spades
