My daughter had a really good time but due to no fault of the event the venue needed changed however the new one selected was too small , they lost an hour just trying to get in and at times they felt really hot and overwhelmed due to the crowd

Way to hot in there for the amount of kids but they still had the best time and danced and sang all the way home afterwards, I would take them again the atmosphere was eke tric

Amazing event , daughter really enjoyed it but a massive negative was it started at 6pm. Daughter arrived at 5:50pm
And didn’t get into event due to poor queuing system until 7:15pm. But it was their very first event in Carlisle and they had been met down by the venue and had to source another at short notice so this is something they are maybe able to improve for next time

Too many tickets sold for this event in carlisle, alot of children including mine had to wait for someone to leave before they got in 😡 they had a good time once they were in but they should have been able to go in from the start and enjoy the full experience.

Un organised , kids were dying off from heat because tried to cram too many in new venue, over sold so if left for air had to re join Que for 1 in 1 out! Spent 2 hours queing for a total 4 hour event
