Review of North Weald Fireworks 2024
I would highly recommend this event you get two fireworks displays in one. Only thing i would say is the rides were quite pricey £4/£5 each. Also wasn't impressed with the price of the light up wands and swords prices started at £8 to £15! I bought a light up peppa pig wand from the peppa pig shoe in London which was about £6 and that's a brand so to charge £8 and above is ridiculous.

fireworks themselves were very good and it was nice to have kids fireworks earlier than the main event for those who needed to take younger kids home. The timed music was nice but could have been a little louder and the volume was inconsistent.
Parking was well organised with a good team of volunteers directing traffic. My only comment is that the rides were very expensive- most were £5 for one person and some (not all) ran incredibly short... £10 for two small kids to go on a train for 45 seconds is ridiculous, but i imagine that's not uncommon in set ups like this. Lovely to attend fireworks locally but if you had a few in your family and wanted to go on some rides, it will be a costly night

Great Firework display, definitely worth going. Tick*ts were not expensive £35 for 4 adults).
Music in between was a bit strange, but got better once the fireworks started. Kids display first then bonfire then adult display.

We took our granddaughters aged 12 and 13. They enjoyed the rides although a bit pricey. We liked the mulled wine and loved the bonfire and firework display! It was a great night in all. We had a bit of a wait to get out the car park but with all the cars it was to be expected and it was well organised so everyone took their turn.

The only good thing was the fireworks. There was about 5 rubbish rides all £5 a go. Food selection was even worst. 3 places to choose from and all done the same. Would not be going back

Turned up 10 minutes before stated entry, was easy getting in with traffic marshals. First impressions, very small not a lot of rides or food places so queues built up very fast. Rides are £5 a go each child & adult which is stupidly expensive but you donât have to go on them if you donât want to. The Waltzers crew deliberately charge one person for the whole cart even if you are all wanting to pay individually by card as they donât want transaction fees clearly (donât take card in that case) very sly about it completely lied to me saying it was just for me and charged me £20 for me and my friends so watch out for this. Food is stupidly priced, £2.50 for a water I could get for 50p in the corner shop. Fireworks were great but only lasted 15 minutes. Getting out was very lengthy sat for upwards of 30 minutes to get out as we arrived early we was right at the front and they was letting people out by the back first. Overhaul decent experience would maybe recommend and attend again but come a bit later so weâre the first to be able to get out.
