The staff were friendly and attentive, the film was great and thankfully loud as that drowned out some of the continual talking from some people in the venue.
I eventually had to ask for it to be dealt with as none of the staff had done so.
I think it would help if there was an announcement before the film started that people are asked to remain quiet as they would expect in the cinema so that everyone can enjoy the film to it's fullest.

Hi loved it but thought the music was a bit loud and took ages for food to arrive after 2 wrong orders but my granddaughter really enjoyed it hopefully they will do more of these in the holidays

This hot a thumbs down as the security staff and management tried to refuse us entry. We arrived at 10.50pm they told us they were at capacity. I highlighted I had paid for 3 tickets and wanted to be let in. Refer to manager, manager says no. They then tried to change the argument to I had to be there before 11pm (which we were). Heated discussion then security staff go off to get the manager. Manager states same as above. Turns out they let people in on the door and blatantly over subscribe capacity then try to tell me no. I pointed out no restrictions on arrival time and i had actually been there on time but tgey had then been mucking me around for 10 mins plus. Also no restrictions noted on tickets and the fact they let others in was their issue not mine. They ended up letting me and my Mum and sister in. Once in the venue it transpired there were lots of people who had been let in, without buying tickets. I was annoyed at the cheek of it all.

The drink prices were good and music good (some questionable last song choices), atmosphere friendly but the whole entry issue soured matters. Also, seems they may have an issue with lots of big groups of silly young girls sniffing up stuff in the toilet cubicles. They need to monitor tge bathrooms better as they were pretty grim.
