Lovely friendly staff, very attentive.
Pancakes were lovely with lots of choice and hot drinks were perfect!
Enjoyed the movie and speed of service was good.

Sadly many parents let their children become very noisy and parents too chatted throughout the film - they may have well gone to a cafe !!!!

Tbh I was my first experience and hadn’t put me off but my children know how to behave and sit quietly to enjoy watching a film

They have some great things on here but they really need to work on their overall hospitality skills everything takes an age even getting cutlery. Also hot drinks were quite expensive for what they were, my tea was lukewarm and was over £3.

Everything was great, but event was under-staffed. As a result, drink and food orders were slow, and less drinks were bought. Otherwise good event.

First time visiting this venue it was lovely. Plenty of seating, very clean and reasonably priced food and drinks. Bambam was fantastic as always getting all the children involved and adults too. Such a lovely time was had by all. Highly recommend Bambam and the Players lounge in billericay
