No experience needed just a willingness to take part in creating and meditating.

Session 1 11th March: Expressing our emotions through painting.

Session 2 18th March: Experimental collage.

Session 3 25th March: Creative clay.

Session 4 1st April: Behind the facade mask masking.

Sessions are facilitated by Louise Brock and Jenna Francis, both experienced Person Centred Creative Art Counsellor's and fully accredited members of the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists.
