Review of Chester Halloween Family Rave At Chester Town Hall
Fantastic venue, DJ & decorations.
I'm not sure how I felt about there being a bar in the middle of the day at family event- not saying people shouldn't drink just felt a bit odd and I feel like there could have been more focus on kids options.
I was expecting more interaction for the kids e.g. it lists 'games' on the ad but there wasn't any. I think it was quite pricey for a disco as other kids parties we've been to have been a lower tick*t price but with organised games and activities.

Review of Chester Halloween Ball - Chester Town Hall
We had a great time. Found the djs earlier in the night better than the last guy. Wish there had been a little more on (costume contest and other slightly interactive aspects) but was a great atmosphere and a fun night and fairly priced bar.

It was very expensive tick*t for just music. Ln the tick*t said fun games... they could do an entertainment for the kids or som**hing after charging £11 to adults... I won't coming back

Review of Chester Halloween Family Rave At Chester Town Hall
The venue was good as well as the music, however there wasn't enough entertainment for the children. A couple of confetti tubes were let off, a small parachute which was used about twice (we saw more children sitting on it and being dragged around by the larger kids) and some oversized balloons which caused children to fight over and be bashed into. There wasn't enough seating, resulting in us 4 adults standing. Drinks were very expensive too. It would of been better if there was some sort of entertainment schedule maybe planning some dance games or som**hing to keep the atmosphere going. The kids soon became unsettled and grumpy.

Review of Chester Halloween Family Rave At Chester Town Hall
Expensive when nothing is included. Too many children with nothing g to do bar chase after giant balloons which meant all the smaller children were either getting hurt or too scared to move out of the corner. No activities or even someone doing party dances or craft, bar a small parachute that they did for about 15 minutes and then left it to the parents to entertain - which would be fine if we had space to do this or hadn't paid £70 to get in. Drinks were expensive and they wanted 1.50 for a bag of Haribos. They ran out of the only free thing they offered - glow sticks as they didn't have enough for all the children. There weren't enough tables so we had to grab a single chair and hide drinks underneath. All in all, expensive for what it was and had 1 child leave upset after being bashed into and 3 others very bored. Absolutely would not recommend.

Review of Chester Halloween Family Rave At Chester Town Hall
Potential to be a very good event. Very overpriced for what it was. Especially with adult tick*ts being nearly £12 each. No structure for event and basically a free for all. Could have done with some games, competitions for the kids and someone leading it. We were disappointed and left before it finished as child (4) got bored of just running around.
