Review of Jeff Green \'30\'
I am writing this review on behalf of Mrs Leader who didn't attend. I am Mrs Leader's Son's Personal Assistant and so accompanied him to the event. The organisers were very friendly helpful and communicative and happy to help arrange a wheelchair space for us at the front. Clear instructions were given on how to find the disabled access to the venue and all of the staff were friendly and attentive to get us comfortable on arrival.
The show it self was very funny I hadn't heard of Jeff Green before the event personally but his true to life hilarious story telling was a joy to watch. I would definitely recommend Jeff's show to anyone, and would recommend the Chester Comedy Festival as well!

Review of Jeff Green \'30\'
Bar staff were very slow and one wandered off half way through serving us! Seats were VERY close together which didn't help with how hot it was. We know that there was nothing that could have been done about the heat, but people sitting so close to each other didn't help! But overall, really enjoyed Jeff Green, just wish he'd come on earlier. Roll on next year please!

Review of Jeff Green \'30\'
As ever Jeff green tickled my funny bones! His accurate views on life resonated so much with his audience. You can’t help but feel empathy when he recounts tales of his childhood, family, career..... and his cat! Simply the best observational comedian Britain has ever produced.... and he was made in Chester!

Venue was lovely.
Weather was unusually hot, so really hot in the room. May have been better to leave the doors open if the window can't be opened, or to have some fans. Ran out of water behind the bar. Would have preferred allocated seats.
Jeff Green was ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! Would happily see again.

Review of Jeff Green \'30\'
Jeff Green was extremely entertaining and as funny as I remember him from the olden days! I sincerely hope he returns and I will look out for next year's festival.
Sorry but we weren't keen on the support act. If his swearing was taken out his set would have been cut from 30 minutes to 5. Shame.
It was so hot, I'm amazed Jeff managed to come back on for an encore. We had a fabulous night in Chester.

Brilliant show by a local lad made good! Very entertaining and amusing anecdotes of his childhood in Chester and his new life in Melbourne.
Handled the heckling seagulls with panache.

Jeff Green is one of the few comedians that can provoke crying with laughter, from everyone in the room, in every performance. It’s over 20 years since I first saw him live, and the years certainly haven’t done anything to reduce his power over an audience. This was a really special gig, in Jeff’s home town, and many of his former school friends had turned out to see him. I suspect that this might be the last time we see him in the UK. There’s only one thing for it - a trip to Australia (yes, he’s worth the distance). Another fantastic performance.
