Review of Micro-FestEvol Part V: New Brighton Strikes Back

Some great local bands on show. Advertising wasn’t great, I heard of it as my nephew was in one of the bands. 
Prices too high for drink considering venue is the shell of a supermarket with no real refurb.  Just detracts from what could be a great venue/night out. Enjoyed it but could be much better. 

All the bands were of a stupidly high quality!
Psycho Comedy set the tone early doors with a typically outstanding performance.
Pagans s.o.h were one of the most impressive first time viewed bands in a Long time - they practically tore the roof off the place!
Zuzu was absolutely wonderful as usual.
The girl just gets better and better so enjoy seeing her in these smaller venues whilst we've still got the chance!

A superb line up put together . The venue is amazing and I look forward to seeing more bands there

The line up was brilliant, would have been better putting The Merchants on when Pagans SOH were on and then Pagans SOH before Zuzu. Dream Machine didnt quite have the energy for the penultimate slot.  Really enjoyed Torture and the Desert Spiders, Pagans S.O.H along with The Merchants and Zuzu.  Brill venue, should use it more often but perhaps sort the toilets out before using again. 

Great night of music. Venue being an old super market is different to the usual. Good drinks range and ok prices.
