About

Based in a Monks cottage sanctuary, an 800 year old cosy cottage with the most serene energy. Monks were originally drawn here as it held a running well with a fresh spring water access! They lived here for many years so you can there for imagine the tranquility of this space! 

please bring a blanket and cushion & a journal incase you feel the need to note anything afterwards! 
we recommend wearing something comfy and cosy!
