Each year this event gets bigger.  Restaurant bookings essential. Pop up food & drink stands. Incredible firework display and huge bonfire from 4pm

Every year this event is talked about as the best firework display for miles around.&#160; Pop up food and drink stalls on site.&#160; For restaurant tables before or after display, bookings are essential and a deposit is required. Firework tickets must be purchased here before booking a table.&#160; email: restaurant@thechesterfields.co.uk to reserve a table. You will then receive a phone call for the deposit. Tables are only confirmed once the deposit is paid.

Review of The Chester Fields annual fireworks display

Bonfire didn't light until an hour later than advertised. Couldn't really see bonfire once lit. Children  v disappointed.

No entertainment or anything on while waiting for fireworks to start. Actual fireworks show was good but nothing while waiting for it to start.

Just feedback but poor bonfire placement and no lighting near it, dangerous step to navigate in the dark to car park whilst carrying children.

Too many people allowed in so very tight especially with children trying to run around.

Food quite basic and token system frustrating.

Fantastic fireworks

First timer here and it didn't disappoint. They've obviously done it before as it operated like a well oiled machine - no massive queues for drinks or food. A lovely evening and the best fireworks!

We go every year and the fireworks display never disappoints.

It was an expensive fireworks option. Unfortunately, you could not see the bonfire; there seemed to be far too many people there. The area to stand outside was very dark and muddy, with limited views of the fire. The food options were limited and expensive.  You also had to queue for a tick*t and then queue for your food. I think this could be great-more lighting outside, more seats/tables outside, repositioning the fire so people can view it (it also blows over the car park, which wasn't ideal).  Overall the event, at £11.25 a tick*t, was dark, muddy, and busy and we mostly ended up standing on the carpark able to see the bonfire but he fireworks were good.
