I thought it was very expensive £14.50 per child and they got a book which they had to choose for themselves and it wasn't wrapped up so it wasn't like getting a present off Santa himself, then adults were charged £12.50 per head just to walk through with their child, I was very disappointed ☹️

I would never do this again! An elf takes you down into a 'workshop' to meet buddy the elf and the children get 1min to try and operate an etch-a-scetch, half of which don't work. Then every is given a tiny pack of harribo. Of to meet the grinch next, who doesn't speak. 60 seconds later your off to meet Santa. He was good to be fair, even with the fake beard & belly. He talks for 5 mins with the elf host and then the children are given a cheap book and that's the end. You can then sit in a sleigh outside and take some pictures. 20-25 mins max. A total rip off which everyone needs to avoid at all costs. Children were disappointed with it all.

It was great start to finish, sparkle and buddy were great and Santa was amazing, chatting to all the kids, they had a great time, only feedback from the kids was that "the grinch was abit strange". Definitely coming back next year. Well done

Great for kids. Detailed decor and enthusiasm from characters involved. Would just say, there needs to be more signage and directions when you get there. Had to ask 3 different people where we went/how it worked. Also needs promotion signs/A boards on the promenade to draw more people in.

In and out in 25 minutes, cheap book as gift from Santa. Etch a sketch toys not working properly. 3 rooms poorly decorated, no Christmas atmosphere, outside area looked like a building site. Just under £60, absolute rip off. We were very disappointed to say the least.

A very unsophisticated performance not at all slick and our two grandchildren aged 5 and 8 really loved the whole experience. We thought that it was so good to have such a simple , amusing and enjoyable Christmas treat ; a real change from the usual experience and it was affordable for most family budgets .
