Review of New Years Eve Party 2021!

Absolutely disgusting bar. Would give it a 0 but there was no option. Traveled down from the Lake District for a nice night staff inside where lovely had a great night. Until we were leaving to go home when we seen a man passed out outside (obviously caused trouble but nobody deserves to be knocked out cold) Stopped to give help (as you hear horror stories of people in trouble when there drunk) and my partner then got pushed over to the floor breaking his wrist and smacking his head off the concrete hurt his head and knee.
I have never experienced such a vile customer service in my life. The bouncer was bald working New Year’s Eve after midnight and I have never been so horrified before. Thank you for the worst possible night. Gives the beautiful city of Chester a bad name. Shameful will do everything to discourage people from coming here do not waste your time. Please spend time at church bar, popcorn and lono cove much better service this vile place.

Venue looked amazing, great atmosphere, music was brilliant throughout the night and was so well organised. Drinks were a little expensive but being inside a nice venue factored it out.
