Review of The Live Rooms Chester
Arrived at the club and straight away could see how rough the area looked. The smoking area was also the enterance to the club. We were basically pushed through the door by the bouncers and being shouted at to go outside although we were actually just trying to get into the event. We went to the ticket booth we were egnored numerous times, our tickets were just looked at and weren’t even scanned. We weren’t given a wrist band until I asked around 4 times and may aswell of had them threw at me. The event was very unorganised and no one was friendly and helpful. The event room was very small a lot smaller than what it looked on the pictures. We left the event after around 3 minuets cause we could just sense trouble. 20 mins later drove past and seen 6 riot vans and police outside so clearly our gut instinct on the trouble was right. Everyone was clearly on drugs we didn’t even have our bags searched we walked in without anyone stopping us or checking us for even a wrist band or checking at the off chance for all they knew we could of been carrying a weapon. All sopranos events I’ve been to in the past have been great, but this one was hurrendous due to the venue. Will never be returning.
