the staff are fantastic, the drinks/bands are great. HOWEVER I have a few friends who work here one quit on the spot because the owners had under paid her by 40 hours, one has been under paid by 13 hours, there was a girl working here ages ago who is STILL owed £700! one guy is having the terms of his contract undermined and changed at the bosses convenience, all this while they revamping the hotel rooms and buying fancy new furniture for the smoking area, nobody deserves to be treated like this by their employers and I will never put any money into their pockets again!! I thought the owners were much nicer than this. Guess I was wrong. its a shame to as I loved this place. ACAS would have a field day with these people
