I visited the Christmas market at the weekend. I was pleasantly surprised as I had never heard of Astley hall until then and what a lovely place it is. The market was good, the house and the grounds are stunning. Will definitely be back to explore the grounds.

Supposed to be 100 stalls, more like 20 approx. Choice of gifts very poor. Not worth traveling to.

Lovely all round with really arty craft to buy. Bought wooden robin from wood turners stall and family of robins from Ginger Fairy. Lovely quality.
