Review of Chorley Flower Show
Entry was a bit expensive but once inside prices were reasonable. Unfortunately there seemed fewer stalls / exhibitors than past years. It would be helpful if people were advised to bring cash for the charitable and voluntary stalls trying to raise funds for local causes.

Free park and ride was fun and the tickets weren’t pricey but the show itself wasn’t inspiring - the Astley Hall walled garden was fascinating though, thats definitely worth a visit

Review of Chorley Flower Show
This year marked my fourth visit to Chorley Flower show. It has grown considerably in size and stature since the early ones around 8 years ago. It is big enough to warrant a few hours stay but not so large that you cant fit it all in within a day (like Tatton or Chelsea for example). Also the lovely Astley Hall is open to the public too and well worth a visit.

A lovely afternoon out with something for everyone. Interesting things to look at and experts to answer your questions. Things to see, buy, eat drink and be entertained by. A great atmosphere and a lovely location

Review of Chorley Flower Show
Badly signposted from parking on the road - walked half mile in wrong direction. No signposts to collect wrist bands. Poor quality good & expensive. Marquee was bare grass - was very muddy inside marquee on the Friday

Review of Chorley Flower Show
It was a fantastic event and so well thought through by the event organisers. Parking was well signposted; entrance was slick with pleasant wrist band issuers, there was so much to see and do with plenty of places to sit and rest when necessary. So much effort had obviously gone into it and it showed! Well done Chorley Council and staff, and the volunteers.

Good day overall. In the food area queued for nearly 30 minutes to get a coffee. Surprised that apart from the site cafe this was the only stand.
Evening entertainment was good. Floor would have benefited from a covering. Chairs were stuck in wet ground.

Review of Chorley Flower Show
While we enjoyed our visit to the flower show again this year, it seems to be getting smaller with less exhibits/ florists, not as many vendors - noticeable by the vacant stalls/shelters prepared and limited music/bands throughout the days with no available artist line up, unlike previous years which have been a showcase of local talent to entertain while sampling the food offerings and a cold drink. Still a great day out for the family and picked up some beautiful flowers but could do better Chorley!
