Review of The Devout - Depeche Mode Tribute - Colchester

They where brilliant but wish they would have preferred the older classic songs everyone knows them for

Review of Faux Fighters UK, Foxymop( pearl jam) Kings Of The Stone Age

Excellent venue. Awesome bands. Fabulous night for a great price.

Great venue, great bands, especially the Faux Fighters 

We missed the kings of the stone age so the feedback does not concern that band.

Upon arrival at the venue foxy mop had just began their set and oh my word they absolutely nailed every song they played.  "Vedder" had all the right mannerisms, the guitarists were on point, the bass wasn't overpowering and the drummer kept the whole band in sync.  An excellent coverband.

Faux fighters were not so good, for a tribute band I would really have expected better quality in the singing.  The band weren't bad the music was actually very good, just let down the the front man and singer.  If the band were just marketed as a covers band and not specifically a tribute act and played a variety of bands they probably would come across much better.
