Roni Size’s whole life has been about building something new from whatever was around him. From Bristol youth club parties, through the white heat of rave and the founding moments of jungle and drum’n’bass, to transforming underground electronic music into something that could be played by a live band on the biggest arena and festival stages, he has at each stage created completely afresh - not just a sound or style but an entire methodology of how music can be made.

27-years ago, The Mercury Prize win for his ‘New Forms’ album brought D’n’B to the forefront of dance-music, making the rest of the industry – where reactions had up until that point been bemused – sit up and pay attention.

The anniversary re-release of New Forms garnered huge support across digital and print media as well as on radio. With premieres from MixMag, rave reviews and coverage by NME, Fact, DJ Mag, and many others along with multiple plays on BBC Radio 1 and BBC Radio 1 Xtra, Roni cemented his position at the top of the game.

Joining him on this show is the front man of Reprazent Dynamite MC. With a rich tapestry of features and releases, Dynamite is an artist worthy of headline sets in his own right - but when the forces of Roni & Dyna combine - earth shattering Drum & Bass sets of an epic nature are created.

As if that wasn't enough - we invited one of Coventry's favourite DnB DJ's - Nicky Blackmarket to jump on the decks and bring the freshest dubs and the most beastly of classics to the mix in a rare B2B set with his daughter and Drum and Bass Awards 2024 Best Breakthrough DJ Nominee - DJ Millz!

Freshly added to the bill is a pair of Coventry's long standing DnB icons - Jay Holder and LJ High will be bringing road tested heaters and fresh liquid vibes from their Urban Culture show on Renegade Radio.

Last but by no means least, recently back from representing the Coventry sound in Canada - DJ Sleepless will be playing the last set of the event with MC TNT! The multi-talented lad is as equally comfortable behind the decks or on the mic as ToddLah with the Standard Procedure crew.
