A1XJ1 & MdotR kasbah night club, neon night!!!

Welcome to Kasbah Nightclub Coventry! These Terms and Conditions (Terms) govern your attendance at the live music event (Neon Night: A Night To Remember) featuring A1 x J1 and M Dot R on August 25th, 2024, commencing at 10:30 pm and concluding at 05:00 am on August 26th, 2024.This is an 18+ event. Valid government-issued ID will be required for entry. Ticket holders are solely responsible for their own conduct and well-being throughout the Event Duration. Music will be played in other rooms, which will be available throughout the night, subject to capacity.

The following items are strictly prohibited on the premises:

• Outside food and beverages (unless medically necessary)
• Illegal substances (drugs, narcotics)
• Weapons of any kind (including firearms, knives)
• Professional cameras or recording equipment (unless authorized)
• Laser pointers or flammable materials

The following behavior is strictly prohibited:

• Fighting, violent, or disorderly conduct
• Moshing, crowd surfing, or any activity that may endanger others
• Intoxication or public drunkenness
• Use or possession of illegal substances
• Vandalism or damage to property

Violation of these terms may result in denial of entry, ejection from the premises, and potential legal action.

Kasbah Nightclub Coventry reserves the right to conduct security checks, including bag searches, upon entry. The venue is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.

Kasbah Nightclub Coventry and its affiliates shall not be liable for any injuries, loss, or damage to persons or property arising from the Event, including but not limited to:

• Artist performance cancellations or changes
• Alterations to the Event schedule or duration
• Accidents, injuries, or medical emergencies
• Theft or loss of personal belongings

Kasbah Coventry may capture photographs and videos of the Event for promotional purposes. By attending the Event, you grant permission for your likeness to be used in such materials. Non-professional photography or video recording is allowed. Tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable except in the event of Event cancellation. Possession of a ticket does not guarantee a specific viewing position of the Artist. Entry will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. The Artist's set time and duration are subject to change without prior notice. Late arrival may result in a missed performance or obstructed view. Refunds will only be issued at the point of purchase in accordance with the vendor's policy.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in England & Wales, United Kingdom. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Kasbah Nightclub Coventry regarding the Event. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
