Really good event again, only thing is when booking stated finished at 1am and Ben would be on around 11pm however he didn't come on till 1.30am so after being there since 5 was quite late. Other then that good event and great atmosphere

ben hemsley didn't even come on till about 1am which is when the venue was meant to shut and last entry was at 8pm. was full on children wasn't even busy like that because of how bad the venue was just overall not a good night out really upset and let down because we love ben hemsley but the venue should've been more honest about when he was coming to perform and should've made last entry later than what it was

The time stated on the tickets were 5pm til 1am, Ben Hemsley didn't come on until 1.20 am, we were unable to see him as we got there at 7pm as were told entry had to be before 8pm, it would of been better to enter the club later as I'm nearly 62 & couldn't manage 8 hours, I love Ben Hemsley & I've seen him numerous times but never had to enter a club so early

Disappointed at the venue. We're told we had to be in at a certain time. Given the wrong information. On the tickets the event said it finished at -pm. When we entered the venue, there were signs up saying Ben would be on at 1am. Was disappointed that we had to be on early. So didn't actually stay for Ben Hemsley.

I think it’s shocking that , he never came on when you averted it , and then you changed the times and then when the time you said he was going to come on , he still didn’t , I think you should do better next time and make sure you tell people the actual correct times! Shocking , will not recommend
