The Queen of Flanders is a spectacular double-decker spiegeltent and Assembly Festival Garden’s flagship venue. Making its return to the Gardens, the stunning art deco themed tent is the largest of its kind in the world. Adorned with ornate stained glass, wood panelling and red velvet seating, the Queen evokes the spirit of the roaring twenties. The Queen of Flanders can hold up to 1,000, and play a host to some of largest, most eye-catching shows. This is our main performance space at the heart of the garden and plays host to our most spectacular shows. Our 2022 schedule includes a number of slots for a truly unique daytime or evening event.
