Was super fun and we enjoyed our selfs, was disappointed with the food situation as was under the impression it would be included but did not affect the night or atmosphere… will just double check all details next time…

Review of Dirty Dancing Brunch!
Not enough dirty dancing related other than singers, quiz didn't happen due to no internet which should have been arranged beforehand, no disabled toilets ir lifts.
The fizz for bottomless brunch was awful.. none of our party drank.

Review of Enchanted Afternoon Tea!
The event was far to over crowded I paid £6:00 more for my 3 year old granddaughter and she had far less food than us so I couldnât understand why we paid more for her. When it came time for the photographers everybody crowded round our table I have an autistic daughter it was horrible all in all it was very disappointing

Review of Enchanted Afternoon Tea!
The doors were supposed to open at 12. They didn't open them till 12:10. The queue was all the way down the street and standing with toddlers in costumes in 26°c wasn't very nice. We were told to go to our table, they didn't scan tickets. Got to the table and it was pitch black, we were using torches on phones to even see the table in front of us. There were at least 3 tables where the lunch boxes had been left open, including mine and my daughter's. They all had things missing, cream for the scone and mini cakes, who knows what was missing from the little ones, they just had 3 finger sandwiches wrapped all together in cling film (as did the adults), a packet of veggie straws and 3 chocolate coins. It seemed very disorganised and not thought out or done properly at all. This venue are just about the money, they don't care about giving you a nice experience. They should get some better lighting and also there was water dripping from the Aircon unit right above our table.

Review of Enchanted Afternoon Tea!
Terrible organisation by management - left a queue of toddlers standing out in 28 degree heat as late opening. Food items from afternoon tea box missing and when we asked for it we were shouted at by a very rude guy who said somebody else must have opened our afternoon tea boxes and taken it out! No offer to replace missing items. My daughter was trampled in the stampede to get photos with the princesses - don’t come here if you value your children’s safety

Review of Enchanted Afternoon Tea!
Arrived early alot of people queuing . One girl came out just before 12 to scan codes and state the table number we were at. I found it very unorganised would of been helpful if more staff were available. I was given the wrong table number and my family had already started eating our afternoon tea. My daughter was upset because we had to move. Just my opinion less tables and more area for the children to dance. My daughter did love the princesses and managed to get photos with them

Review of Enchanted Afternoon Tea!
Very disappointing this time. Arrived just before 12pm and took over 20mins to get in. Losing 20mins of a 2 hour booking isn't great. Lucky the sun was shining. Girl checking in and giving table numbers was quick but not realiatic her doing it all alone. Hardly any staff around. There was no information about what would happen. Had the food boxed on tables which was fine but emailed out for dietaries, which I sent back but not provided. No info given about how to get tea and coffee etc. Brought juice to the table then ran out of jugs and had to take them back. There was no entertainment till the princesses came out. They were very good but no dance floor space or room for kids to move. Singing lasted about 20 mins then they said would be back for group photos. They came out but again no communication about how it worked. Half the room stayed seated thinking they would be coming round as the room was packed with tables and after waiting again it was clear that wasn't happening so everyone piled up the corner and tried to form their own queues, inevitably some people just pushed in. I did ask one of the bar staff if the princesses were supposed to be going to tables and best i could get was a 'think so' . Had we sat and waited we wouldn't have seen them. The princesses were lovely, great interaction with the kids but squashed between tables and chairs, and left over food. After queing up 5 times we managed a pic with them all but overall not the best experience. Previous princess events there were better.

Review of Enchanted Afternoon Tea!
To be honest, one of the worst events I have been to. Due to start at 12, we didnt seat until, 12:20 and it was so dark, we had to use phones to see where to sit, and what was in the food boxes, about 20 mins later, the act came on stage, sadly aside from Anna, the singing was not great at all. And then to the meet and greet. Totally disorganised and was a scrum which was a struggle for some of the younger kids - we left early and by no means were we the first. Sad I have had to leave such a negative review, but unless their are major changes, this event should be missed

Review of Enchanted Afternoon Tea!
Love Rialto Plaza for their shows but this had so poor organisation. Although we arrived 30 minutes before start time (12:00) and we were one of the first families to check in, we weren't checked in until 12:15 when another girl came to help with check in (massive queue behind us). We had the worse table possible, dark, in the far away corner, we used our own torches to see what's on the table. The girls were bored as they were not engaged in the show at all as couldn't see it. Taking photos with each princess was a nightmare. Squeezing in between moaning parents and children, going from one queue to another to take photo with another princess. Some were standing in the dark spots so couldn't take nice photo. Clearly all this could be better organised. I understand the seating was unreserved, however I would never buy tickets knowing we will end up at this table and the vision would be so limited. Our table should not exist. Massively dossapinted, first time writing negative review but honestly with all my heart I would not recommend it to anyone.

Review of Enchanted Afternoon Tea!
Started late. Room in complete darkness- children could not see what was on the table- ate the ‘afternoon tea’ using torches on phones. Had to go to bar area to make own hot drinks. Staff did not know running order of event. Photo opportunity with the princesses was chaos! No queue, characters just walked out into audience. Event was over subscribed, no organisation and over priced for the experience we had.
