We really wanted this to be a great experience but they had two kiddie rides and a couple of doggie games and limited food options considering the amount of guests. The advert made it sounds like it would be more robust than it actually had as and therefore we left disappointed. I did appreciate being able to buy tickets the day of and the £5 parking option which helped relieve the stress of getting there early and having to que. They need a better music system where you can actually hear it through the entire facility. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Absolutely waste of money! Food stalls to expensive and not nice food, toilets were absolutely disgusting the power cuts kept cutting everything out! They were late on the lights and fireworks display
It was so unorganised and absolutely not worth the money!
There wasn’t nothin to do up there kids got bored and the live singer was absolutely rubbish and he’s voice got annoying after a while! Nope would never ever go back to this event again nor recommend it at all! To over priced and rubbish show

Standard of the Fireworks was not as good as in previous years. All over to quickly as well.

Two years in a row there has been a technical hitch with the laser show such a shame as it was very disappointing, such a long wait, but when eventually got started it was very good the fireworks were amazing,but by then my young child was very tired and we had to go home at 8-30pm. I would tell people
not to arrive until about 7pm .

Really enjoyed amazing fireworks and laser show.
Perfect for everyone with rides and very good food. Looking forward to next year.

Enjoyable fireworks, shame the laser show wasn't a success. Reasonable number of food stalls - queue for the bar was too long

Issue with laser lights so was in at the same time as fireworks and was a very poor laser show. All delayed considering it’s a show for children it’s a bit wrong to delay the show by 30-40 mins.
2 rides and very over priced. The food was disgusting and stupidly priced.
The cost of tickets for the show are ok but maybe a little high for the quality received.
The fireworks were great once they actually started.
Unfortunately couldn’t hear what the updates were as wasn’t loud enough.
Very disappointed about the laser lights as that was the main reason I took my son.

Blown speakers need replacing, plus more speakers by kids area, more high level lighting in dark areas, light show should have been tested as everything kept turning off.

Sound system was blown and out of sync. Laser show was an hour late so they ended up doing the fireworks then the lasers started during fireworks so didn’t notice them. Food stalls were soooo busy with queues. Donut stall had no donuts! Oversold on tickets personally. Rubbish.

The lasers were delayed. Tbh they would work with smoke so hanging the fireworks and lasers together worked well.

The fireworks were excellent and the weather helped. Plenty of vendors with a few amusements for the kids.

Fairly unorganised. Laser show didn’t work. Timelines were very delayed.

Lasers never worked & couldn’t hear on the speakers what they planned to do about. Fireworks I don’t think they were money well spent for the amount of people there who paid to watch, think we paid for security to just stand & talk or maybe to deal with the adults in the beer tent. Never again
