Twelfth Night

The Croydon Operatic and Dramatic Association ("CODA") are proud to present their eighth outdoor production in Croydon’s Wandle Park this summer - a sparkling new production of William Shakespeare’s immortal comedy of disguise and hidden love Twelfth Night, from 31st July to 3rd August. 

Shipwrecked and separated from her twin brother, Viola must disguise herself as a boy to survive – but when she is sent by Duke Orsino to woo Countess Olivia, she finds herself in an impossible love triangle. With a vain steward ripe for pranking, a drunken oaf and a foolish suitor to contend with – can Viola untangle her situation?

Suitable for all ages, this production is staged in the round at Wandle Park's bandstand, and is the ideal treat for a summer's evening - with seating provided and refreshments available. This production marks the tenth anniversary of CODA’s first performance in Wandle Park, and to celebrate CODA are offering all tickets for the opening night performance for £10, the same price as they were in 2014.

Twelfth Night runs from Wednesday 31st July to Saturday 3rd August at the bandstand at Wandle Park, Croydon, with evening performances at 7:30pm, and a matinee on Saturday 3rd August at 2:30pm.
